Hi everyone and welcome to Healthy Lifestyle For Women Over 50 website. Staying fit and healthy has always been my goal since I was young. Over the years I have purchased numerous health products and different methods or ways of keeping myself fit and healthy. Being a kid in Singapore with limited time to exercise and maintain a proper diet was tough because of my heavy workload at work and juggling University at the same time.
Now I want to give back.
Over the years I’ve learned a lot about time management, a lot about different health and nutrition products to choose in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, different methods to engage in keeping myself fit and maintaining a proper diet to keep myself strong and healthy. Most importantly I want to offer others some insight into many of these as well as provide you with updated tips and strategies that the real pros are using these days to help achieve Healthy Lifestyle For Women Over 50.
A Little Story About My Journey
Growing up I was always big and pretty much overweight among all my friends. In fact, I was always escaping from my friends when they invite me to exercise and I would stay up till late morning to catch-up movies while munching on chips and drinking couple cans of cokes. Being brought up in an environment where food is always accessible leads me to Over-Eating.
I resulted in persistent visits to the hospital because of how I fell sick easily and how the doctors told me to control what I eat because I was severely overweight for my age during that point in time. I felt embarrassed among my relatives, friends and even my close friends when we meet.
From there I know I needed to change.
It Is Never Too Late For A Change
It took me 3 solid years for me to lose from 110KG to 78KG currently. I googled and study on my own different ways and strategies on how to lose weight and be healthy. I engaged my friends to have a run with me at least 3 times a week. Apart from that, I will always tuck into bed before 9 pm every single night just to make sure I have at least 8-10 hours of sleep.
I believed if you put in the hard work and spirit of never give up, the outcome will definitely be worth it.
Why I Want To Help People
The reason why this website is created is that I want to reach out to everyone in this world and let you guys know that nothing is impossible and it can be done if you put in hard work which leads you to success. I myself went through the solid pain and downfall since I was young.
The ultimate reason is I want to give back to the community on my ways and strategies I personally took to change my life and how I am able to stay in shape despite my busy schedules.
It is always possible to achieve your goals if you put in your 100% commitment and dedication to it.
I started out training my Mom, Relatives and even my Grandmother. Positive changes bloomed out from them. My Mom managed to lost 15 kilos in 6 months despite handling her busy house chores every single day. From there, I know I have to give back to the community.
Health Is Not Valued Till Sickness Comes
There is no point exercising blindly nor taking in health products without knowing the right way of using them. When taken wrongly, it can even affect your health and leads to unforeseen circumstances.
